I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with activities during Camp Bara and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to my child and further release and discharge Camp Bara for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my child's use or presence during the camp session whether the fault is caused by my child, Camp Bara staff, or other third parties. In the event of an injury to the above minor during the camp session, I give permission to Camp Bara staff to arrange all necessary medical treatment for which I shall be financially responsible. I further give my permission for my child to participate in all activities of the camp for which she is registered. I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to agree to these conditions and that I have been given a reasonable opportunity to review them.
